Take oil in a pot. Slice the onions finely and add to oil. Fry to light pink colour. Mix Red chilli, Salt, Dhania powder in curd and leave for 10-15 minutes. Add this curd to fried onions and bhoono till oil seprates from masala. Take out onions in a blender along with masala. Leaving oil in pot. Blend the onions to a smooth paste.

Add green cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves in oil. Fry a minute.then add mutton pieces in oil. Add gingergarlic paste and fry mutton in oil on low flame till it's colour changes. Add onion paste from blender in mutton. Fry the mutton in masala. Then add 4 glass of water. Let it cook till mutton gets tender on medium heat covered. When mutton is half done add potatoes cut in squares. Add 1 cup water if needed. Cook on medium heay till potatoes are soft and mutton is tender. Check the consis
