1 bowlhung curd
1 tspchop garlic
1 tspgrated ginger
1chop onion
2green chilli chop
2 pinchkasuri methi
1tomato grated
As taste salt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspmustard seeds
1/2 tspcuminseeds
2 pinchasfoetida
1/2 cupmilk
1 tbspoil

Take a hung curd mix milk.

Take a wok put oil then add asafoetida,mustard seeds and cumin seeds crackle then add garlic saute add green chilli,ginger onion saute then add tomato and all spices mix then flame off.

Then put curd mix and serve.
