Take oil in a pot. Add cardamom,cloves, cinnamon in oil. Fry a minute. Add sliced onion.fry to pink.add chop tomatoes. Fry. Add red chilli, salt, haldi. Fry with little water. Till ttomato get soft and masala bunoofied. Add mutton and ginger garlic paste. Fry mutton till colour changes on medium heat. Add 4 cups of water and leave to cook till mutton is half done.

Taste the baingans before choping.so that any bitter taste baingn not come in cooking. Chop brinjals as required. Keep them dip in water so that thy will not turn black. Add to mutton. Mix well. Cover the pot and let it cook till gosht is full soft. Mix both nicely. Add hari mirchain and give dum on low heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with gingr julians and mint leaves. Goes well with both chapati or boiled rice. Enjoy
