Take all ingredients ready.now take a iron kadhai and pour the milk and boil it with continuous stirring.

Now add a pinch of alum and cardamom powder and stir continuous till it reduces half. See it turn in small granules.

Stir the milk till it turns golden brown.now add 1 - 1 tsp ghee.Then add sugar in two portion.

It turn thick then add again ghee. After few minutes it's remove ghee and seperat the kadhai.

Then transfer into the greased tin.tap with spatula and cover it in towel for 2 hrs for good colour.

Then take out and cut in pieces. Garnish with pistachios and serve to your guests.
