Moong dal kachori

First wash moongdal adding water two to three times,then soaked in water for forty minutes,heat the pan put cinnamon,cloves,black pepper,jeera, fennel seeds,carom seeds,dry red chilli,as needed fry then grind and keep aside. take another bowl,put refined flour add salt add oil as needed,and the water as required make a dough not soft or hard for making dough put oil on the dough and rest for twenty minutes keep it in the bowl with a lid,

Now open the lid mix again make balls and cover it and keep aside for twenty minutes,

Now add little oil to the pan adding moong dal and fried masala also keep saute til dal becomes soft,

Now add moong dal to the dough cover with all sides and make balls again and roll it and keep aside

Put oil in the pan heat enough for frying kachori,fry both sides fry green chilli and tasty gujarati kachori is ready for serving.
