Soak liver in a bowl for 10-15 minutes then drain water and slice it into cubes, add marinade (1cup yoghurt,1/2 tbsp coriander powder,1/2 tbsp cumin powder,1tbsnp garlic chopped) mix and let it marinate for 30 minutes

In a flat pan under medium heat, add 2tbsn of oil then 1 cup onions cook till translucent, add garlic and ginger cook a bit

Add 1/2 tsp tumeric,1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/2tsp cumin powder and salt,cook for 2-3 mins add marinated liver cook for 15-20 minutes

Add 1tsp garam masala,1/2 cup chopped tomatoes cook for 4-5 minutes add coriander leaves and serve with ugali,rice or naan
