These are very famous dish. Always made in festival and during pooja. During rainy season we celebrate some small festivals, and that time we made these besan batti.

1 cupGram Flour
1 tspSesame Seeds
1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
PinchAsafetida
PinchBaking Soda
1 tbspOil
As per requirements Water
To tasteSalt
As neededOil

Steps

Take all ingredients, mix well and Knead a dough. Dough should not be soft.

Now take small balls from dough and make logs of it.

Heat oil and fry all these logs. Besan batti are ready.
