Ingredients

  • 1big coconut
  • 10 pcsdates
  • 1 cupevaporated milk
  • to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked the dates for at least 20 to 30mins. Then remove the seed and set aside.

  2. 2

    Break the coconut, peel up the brown skin and cut it into chunks and Wash it with water.

  3. 3

    Blend all the ingredients with water excluding sugar.

  4. 4

    Sieve the juice and add sugar. Best served chilled.
