Take potatoes in a bowl, add all the spices, onion and green chilli.then mix well.now take small ball size dough and roll it with the help of roller.fill with potato filling and cover it.roll it like chapati.on a hot tava Cook the parantha.cook from both the sides.apply oil and again cook it till golden brown and crispy.serve hot with curd and pickle.
