Prawns peel and deveined wash thoroughly and split in half a long the under side well wash

Combine prawns ginger garlic paste soya sauce paper powder corn flour and salt and leave to marinate for 20 minutes

Beat eggs lightly spread the bread crumbs in a plate

Heat oil in in a wok pickup each prawn by it's tail deep in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs deep fry till golden and drain on absorbent paper

Arrange prawns on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with cucumber sprigs onion

Ready to serve with Sichuan sauce enjoy with your family take care eat well
