Take 300 grams of a beef mince add to taste salt, ½ tsp of garlic powder, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper powder, ½ tsp of white pepper powder, ½ tsp of Chinese salt #razmin_soya_sauce 1 tbsp #razmin_siracha_chilli_sauce 1 tsp chop it into the chopper.

Now take a mixing bowl add 3 eggs and beat it.

Now take the beef mixture add it into any mold or shape it with hands like nuggets.

Then coat into ½ cup of corn flour then coat into beat eggs then coat with 1 cup of bread crumbs

Now repeat this process and ready all the nuggets.

Take a deep wok add oil, heat the oil and fry the nuggets slowly slowly till it's golden brown.

Make sure the flame is not high.

Sreve it tomato ketchup or siracha sauce..
