Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoonscanola oil divided
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon#razmin_soya_sauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonsseasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonsdried oregano
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonsground cumin
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon#razmin_siracha_chilli_sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1/2 teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes,
  • 1/2 kgboneless skinless *chicken breast
  • ,(cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2medium red capsicum julienned
  • 1/2medium green capsicum julienned
  • #For_SAUCE
  • 2tblsp butter and a lil oil
  • 2tblsp flour
  • I chicken cube dissolved in water
  • Salt pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with 2 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice and all the seasonings and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.

  2. 2

    In a large pan, saute peppers and onions in remaining oil until a little soft.

  3. 3

    Remove and keep warm.Discard marinade. In the same skillet, cook chicken over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes or until completely cooked.

    Return pepper mixture to pan; heat through.

  5. 5

    SAUCE. In a saucepan, melt butter and oil over low heat.

  6. 6

    Stir in flour, then add salt and pepper chicken cube and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, heat until boiling and stir for 1 minute.

  7. 7

    Mix the sauce and the pasta and top it with chicken

  8. 8

    Sreve it.
