I cooked this recipe in a tv channel
No sugar or honey, healthy and rich sweet for diabetics
Cooking Instructions

Take the poppy seeds and dry roast for few minutes, until it turns golden colour...i hve shown the difference below

Add 1 tbsp ghee and roast the nuts until it gives an aroma and turns golden brown

Keep them aside and take the seedless dates and pulse it in a mixer grinder for 2 turns(it should not become too pasty)

Add 3 tbsp ghee, add the chopped dry fig and saute for a minute

Now add the pulsed dates and saute for 4 minutes until it becomes mushy under a medium flame, you can see the consistency below, it should be easily mashable and it should not stick to the pan... It will separate nicely into a mouldable one

Now add the roasted nuts and 2 tbsp poppy seeds to it and mix well (keep 1 tbsp poppy seeds and 1 tbsp roasted nuts for final rolling)

Saute in low flame for a minite to blend the nuts well and spread it over a plate and let it cool for 10mins

Refrigerate the mixture for 15mins and on the other hand spread the remaining nuts and poppy seeds on a plate

And now it is ready to knead to your desired shapes (knead it with your hands when it is slightly warm)

Now roll it over the nuts and poppy seeds one last time in such a way that the nuts and poppy seeds are equally spreaded over the outer sides

Now u can cut them to your desired shapes (heart,round rectangle,triangle etc) I have made them round and it is ready to eat
