Ingredients

20 mins
3 servings
  1. 1/4 cuppitted dates
  2. 1 cupchopped mixed nuts (almond,cashew,walnut, pista)
  3. 1/4 cupfig and apricot
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 2 tbspraisins
  6. 1 tsppumpkin seeds(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixer jar, add dates,fig,apricot and grind to coarse paste

  2. 2

    In a pan,add 1 tbsp ghee and dry roast all the nuts for 3 mins on medium flame and set aside. Do not brown the nuts.

    In the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee,ground paste and cook for 3-5 mins until it doesn't stick to the sides.

    Add the roasted nuts to the cooked paste and mix well. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a ghee greased plate or pan.

    Apply ghee on a spoon and press it gently. After 20 mins cut it into small pieces. Now the tasty healthy dry fruits burfi is ready 😋😃
