First Wash and chopped methi leaves, then Chopped the capsicum into fine pieces and grate the carrot. Mash the boil green peas and keep aside all veggies.

In a bowl take flour add salt and 2 tbsp oil then mix well all. Now add all the vegetables and dry masala. Add little water, knead well and make dough. Leave for ten minutes to rest.

Then make balls from the dough and roll it. Heat a non-stick pan and cook the paratha both sides with the help of little oil. Cut as ur desire shape and Serve hot with chilli pickles
