@Marie007 yay so glad to know that. I learned it on my trip to Vietnam last year. I actually love them because covering them with veggies and another rice paper makes me forget about the fact that they are deep fried hahaha

Yess 😆 That’s exactly what I feel when look at your photos. I’ve never did it before with fried spring rolls, just put them into a bowl of mixing vermicelli salad that we called “Bun Cha Gio”
