My son-made doughnuts so yummy 😋

I made these completely by mistake 1/2 way through changed my mind and this is what turned up. They tasted really good so I put them here.

I don't think I'll be able to eat the real doughnuts, so I referred to a magazine clipping to make these.Check the oil temperature before deep-frying. Make sure that the doughnuts don't turn out oily, but rather crispy. Recipe by Tarosan

These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients.Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality.

Fresh soft tender donuts, warm , light and so good. They are mot difficult to make. The most important tip is that this recipe should make 12 donuts, so be mindful rolling the dough out, simply roll it to a 1/2 inch thickness, no more otherwise the donuts will not be light and puffy. My first batch I rolled to many and they were skinny and not as wonderfully light as the next batch.

I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these!You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. My favourite treat is doughnuts! After lots of trial and error, I managed to mimc the taste of Mister Doughnuts! Unfortunately, when I originally tried cooking them in my 2 silicone doughnut trays they didn't work at all (The above picture shows what happened when I took them out of the tray. It was too late, and they didn't come out as nicely as I wanted.)They are very soft freshly baked, so if you are using a silicon tray, let them cool for a little bit before removal. Let them cool properly, and they will have a really smooth surface. By the way, I used a metallic tray.Use a ripen banana for ultimate results. Recipe by Aoisakana
