Ingredients

  • 1 bowlcream
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1bow milk
  • 1 pinchalum
  • 1 bowlMix dry fruit (slices of almond, slices of pistachios) for decoration

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all, take cream and sugar in a bowl and mix it.

    Now mix the Alum in the cream, then put it on a slow gas for roasting and stirring only one side.

    Now keep stirring until the ghee is broken and then remove the ghee from it to the side.

    Then add milk and stirring slowly, the mixture is now feels like dough. Add cardamom powder and bake for 5 minutes and then turn off the gas and let it cool

    The mixture gradually disappears from the orange colour

    Then put the slices of almonds and pistachios in a mold and let them mix in this shape and give it the desired shape. Ready to make hot hot thabdi panda.
