Mini Pesto and Prosciutto Croissants
Great to make with kids! Perfect for an appetizer or a light starter.

Roll out the puff pastry and spread generously with pesto.

Cut the pastry into 16 triangles.
- 3
Place a piece of prosciutto at the wide end of each triangle and roll up to form croissants.

Brush with egg yolk and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

For these, I didn’t use egg yolk (couldn’t find any anywhere!)
