Cheesy chicken and mushroom casserole

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbchicken breasts
  2. 1 boxany shape pasta (I used penne)
  3. 8 ouncessour cream
  4. 1 canCampbell’s cream of chicken soup
  5. 1 canCampbell’s cream of mushroom soup
  6. 2 cupsdiced mushrooms. (I used baby portobello mushrooms)
  7. 1 cupshredded Colby jack cheese
  8. 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  9. Spices to taste: original Mrs dash, chicken seasoning, pepper, soul seasoning, garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350 and lightly grease or butter a 13x9 glass baking dish.

    In a pan sauté your chicken until done, cool and shred. Cook noodles until almost done and drain.

    Combine noodles with shredded chicken, spices, soups, sour cream and sliced mushrooms. Place in baking dish and top with both cheeses. Bake covered 20-25 minutes.
