Hi, the kabsa spice in this recipe, do i have to use ALL of it? What do you mean i can save it for next use?And i dont have dried lime, garlic powder 🤦♀️can i use the fresh one instead?

the quantity of spices I made is to use multiple times so you can save it in a jar for later and use some of it now.And yes sure you can use fresh garlic :)
You don’t really need all the spices it’s fine to use the ones you have for now, but of course each of the spices adds its own flavour to the recipe 😊 let me know how it tastes when you cook it!

I don’t measure to be honest but I cover the rice with good amount of water (maybe 2-3cm higher than the level of rice)
