Wash and peel potatoes.

Cut them into cubes

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add curry leaves and turmeric powder. Fry for a minute.

Add cubed potatoes and fry for 3 - 4 minutes on medium flame.

Fry them till golden brown from all the sides.

Add red chilli powder and garam masala. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add salt and mix well.

Serve spicy Aalo fry with rice and dal.
