મેથી ભાજી સમારી પછી તેને પાણી થી ધોઈ લો પછી એક વાસણમાં ઘઉંનો લોટ લેવો તેમાં મેથી નાખી તેમાં બધા મસાલા ઉમેરી દો પછી બધા મસાલા ઉમેરી દો પછી તેમાં પાણી ઉમેરો લોટ બાંધવો અને પછી તેની નાની પૂરી બનાવો પછી એક કઠણાઇ મા તેલ ગરમ થાય એટલે તેમાં પૂરી તારવી અને તેને લીલામરચ ની ચટણી સાથે સર્વ કરો જે બહુ ટેસ્ટી લાગે છે
