Steps
- 1
Cut each of your fish into 3, rinse with a sprinkle of salt and let drain for 15mins
- 2
Pre-heat your vegetable oil and then fry the fish lightly to get a brownish color
- 3
Chop your fresh pepper, ginger and garlic, add a little vegetable oil to a pan and stir fry the chopped ingredients, add up the seasoning, spices, curry and a pinch of salt. Add little water to mix up ingredients. Then it’s time to drop your fish in the spicy mixture one at a time, allow to cook for like 2mins and then turn the fish for the other side to get done.
- 4
Make sure your fish absorbs the water and all ingredients stick to it. Take off your pan from the cooker and garnish with some sliced onions.
