Peel the potatoes then slice them into smaller pieces.wash the potatoes and put them aside to drain excess water

Put oil into a frying pan and heat until hot. Add your potatoes and fry until well cooked

Remove from oil and put in a colander to drain excess oil. Wait to cool then serve
