Gather all the ingredients

Roll out the pastry and cut in half. Lightly score about 1cm from the edge.

Simmer the pasatta until it has reduced to half the volume - this takes about 10-15 minutes. Add the Italian herbs and pepper.

Chop up all the vegetables into thin slices

Cover the pastry with pasatta, keeping the 1cm margin free.

Grate the mozzarella onto the pizza bases.

Layer the veg in any combination you want. If using Parma ham or rocket then don’t add these before cooking.

Cook in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

Add Parma ham, rocket and basil once cooked.
