料理步驟

Marinade the pork chop with corn starch for 1hour

Little sprinkle of salt & pepper on pork chop.

Add cooking oil on the pan. Fry the pork chop for 3-4 mins each side. Put onion aside let it fry as well

Fry some carrot. You can put some water in to make sure carrot cooked. (Tips: water will evaporate & fasten the cooking process)

This is the Balsamic vinegar I used

Put the sauce, water & brown sugar in. Turn to low heat & keep stirring until it condensed.

There you go. Easy & yummy pork chop with Balsamic vinegar 🇮🇹
