Pressure cook tomato and green chilies for whistle in high flame

Chop onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves

Grind the tomato and green chilies along with some cocount

Heat oil in a Kadai, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and mustard seeds should crackle and splutter.

Add onions and curry leaves and saute it till it turns brown in colour

Add tomato paste then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it and mix it well

Cook it in medium high Flame for 5 - 7 minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves
