1/2 cupUrad daal
1/2 cupChana daal
3-4Dry red chillies
1/2 tsphing
as per taste Salt
8-10curry leaves
2 tspchilli powder

Steps

Dry roast chana dal and Urad daal separately. Until turn golden brown.

Dry roast dry chillies and curry leaves until crispy
3

Add salt, hing and cool down.

Grind all together, as per the required fineness.

Add chilli powder and adjust to taste
