Wash beef,use kitchen towel to drain it and make small cuts on to d beef surfaces back and front.

Use ur marinating mixture, marinate d beef store in a fridge overnight or at least for 2_4hrs.

While waiting of d marinating process u can soak in ur skiwers,that is if u r using wood skiwers (soaking will make it easy while working wt them)

Wash and cut d onions in big sizes,1st insert d beef using d 2 skiwers,then insert d onions gently,then.followed by d another part of d meat

Repeat d process with Al d beef parts

Heat d skillet add 2tbsp veg.oil and place d stick meat and be roasting d stick meat slowly by turning both d sides from time to time untill it's done,u can cover d meat while roasting to make d meat to b moist.not to stay too dry.
