Cooking Instructions

Place the raw beef in a bowl and add the semolina, salt, pepper, and ginger to taste, along with a pinch of seven spices. Grate half an onion into the mixture.

Shape the mixture into circles and flatten them with your hands, similar to making kibbeh, until they are flat.

Add a drop of olive oil to a pan and dip the meat in it, turning occasionally on the edges to ensure it cooks thoroughly. Personally, I like smoked meat, so I use a piece of charcoal to smoke the meat.

Take the burger buns and dip them in the same pan where you cooked the meat for a little flavor.

Then add mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and any other vegetables you like. Place the meat on the bun, add mozzarella cheese, and you can also add special burger cheese cubes. Enjoy! Serve with fries, ketchup, and hot sauce.
