Heat oil in pan add gaic fry for 1 minute add chicken fry until white and water evaporate

Remove from pan add 2 tb spoon more oil add salt pepper red chilli powder cumin coriander powder and termeric powder.add 3 tb spoon water bhonify for 1 minute

Add 3 medium tomato.cover until soft.add fried chicken fry with masal for 2 minutes.add 1/3cup water cover and cook for 5 minutes or until chicken tender.

Garnish with ginger julian cut.serve hot with naan raita salad.
