When a friend of mine visited me, I made this easy dessert. The brandy can be substituted with rum. Recipe by Chiichiigsxr600

Cocoa Churros
I made these for breakfast on my day off. You can make these with ingredients available at home, and it makes a wonderful breakfast with a side of fruits.Aim for the dough to be the consistency that's easy to pipe out. Wait for the oil to heat up before frying the dough. I advise using a star-shaped nozzle or else the dough may explode when deep frying. The dough has sugar, so you can eat it as is itself, or coat with cinnamon sugar as shown in the photo, or with melted chocolate as they do in Spain. Cocoa Coffee Caramel Latte
I like coffee, and wanted to make a warming drink, so I came up with this. I don't like the film that forms on milk, but it didn't appear when I made this.Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary. If you heat it too much, the milk will overflow. It's nice topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Recipe by Reonken

Fluffy Egg-Free Cocoa Cake
I wanted to make a fluffy cake without eggs for my child, who has an egg allergy.I asked my friend who's a cooking expert on the amount of baking soda to use.I used a silicone mold, but you can use a cake pan. After adding baking soda and vinegar, the mixture will fizz, but don't worry. Once you add the ingredients, put in the oven quickly (within 10 minutes). After baking, the smell of the vinegar will disappear. As there's little sugar and oil content, it may be suitable for small children. Tiramisu
This recipes is the result of a lot of trial and error. I've been making this for the past 10 years. This time, I made it for my hubby's 40th birthday. The strawberry compote is just a mix of strawberries and sugar simmered together. You could also make this the traditional way and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. I topped it with strawberry compote based on my hubby's request. Coating the biscuits with a generous amount of butter will make it crunchy. Recipe by Mon*chou-chou*

Authentic Tiramisu for Valentine's Day
I used to make my tiramisu with cream cheese, but after eating an authentic one, I realized that mascaropone is best. You can also replace 50 g out of the 200 g of mascarpone with cream cheese if you'd like.I only use a modest amount of coffee syrup in Step 9, just enough to moisten the surface. Creamy Cocoa Meringue Banana Tart
I used ingredients on hand to make this easy, delicious tart.Don't make the tart crust too thin. There will be some filling left over. Don't try to pour it all in, or it will spill over when you put the cocoa meringue on top.Allow plenty of time to make it.It looks like it calls for lots of ingredients, but it's actually very easy. Simply Made with Cocoa: Chocolate Roll Cake
Using"4 Ingredients! Chocolate Sponge Cake with Cocoa " and"No Need for Chocolate! Chocolate Cream with Cocoa"as a base, I made a chocolate roll cake!Use plain cocoa that doesn't have sugar and milk added! The eggs will boil through if you let them sit when warming them up, so be careful not to let that happen.Whip the eggs well, and continue to gently mix until it produces a glaze. If you don't mix it enough then it will be gritty, and it will become hard if you over mix it. For one 26 cm [10.2 in] x 35.5cm pan. Recipe by Hamumaki

Coffee Cake with Coffee Buttercream
I found a coffee cake recipe on another site and the exact same one with an easier execution here from our friend @Xrusa98. Of course, I made Xrusa's version with a small change and then made the buttercream from the other site.

Oil- and Egg-free Tofu Cocoa Muffins
My son, who is 3 years and 5 months old, said he wanted to eat chocolate. I had none to give him (because I had hidden it so I could have it later lol). Instead, I decided to make him some nutritious and healthy muffins, with cocoa and tofu. He loved them and ate two all in one go. He tried to eat a third, realised he had eaten too much, and gave me half. He helped me by whisking the mixture, so they were especially tasty for him.I used silken, undrained tofu. Adjust the amount of milk depending on the moisture content of the tofu. I used 40 g of sugar, and they were mildly sweet. Adjust the amount to your liking. Recipe by Minimame

Rich Cocoa-Cream-Filled Cocoa Bread
My child suddenly proclaimed that she wanted chocolate cream bread, but I had no chocolate so I used cocoa powder instead.Make sure that the edges are well sealed after wrapping the cocoa cream, otherwise the cream will seep out during baking. For the second rising, if you have an oven setting of 40°C, then it's convenient to use that to proof the dough for 40 minutes. Recipe by okeipon

Easy chocolate bundt cake
I made this for a friend's birthday party and, well, folks seemed to love it. We fancied it up with raspberries and toasted almond slivers and then made it extra shmancy by serving Amaretto whipped cream on the side. Looks good and very easy to make.P.S. I found this recipe on the internet, which ordinarily means I wouldn't post it here but I'm happy enough with how it came out to overcome those qualms.

Chewy Black Bean & Coffee Cream Rolls
I was chosen to review Fujikko's Tanba Kuromame black beans. The beans are really plump, delicious, and big beans.I made this dessert as something that could be enjoyed by old and young people alike. The skins are very simple to make, and the cream can be made with a hand mixer and a microwave so everything is very easy.To make the most of the natural sweetness of the black beans this cream isn't too sweet and it's made a little bitter on purpose. If you roll all of the ingredients up in a chewy skin you get just the right level of sweetness I think. Please adjust the cooking time according to your microwave. Recipe by miyuki12

Cocoa Crumble Cookies
I made this recipe for a fellow Cookpad user (who likes cocoa and chocolate) to thank her for using 100 of my recipes. Here's another one for her!Don't put too much cocoa in the dough as it burns easily (I use 10g).If you flatten the cookies too much, they will burn easily, so make them on the thick side. (They look nicer baked them as balls.)The cookies are soft right out of the oven, but will be firm and crispy once they cool. Recipe by ko-ko

Chocolate Cream & Cocoa Swiss Rolls
I wanted to make a swiss roll with a double punch of chocolate. For Step 2, start mixing the chocolate into the cream as soon as it's poured in so that it doesn't harden. For Step 6, by pouring in just 1/3 of the meringue to begin with, the mixture will gradually become nice and smooth. For Step 10, make sure the better looking side of the sponge is on the bottom. Rich Tiramisu with Cream Cheese
I love tiramisu and have been making this dessert for over 15 years. I sometimes change the amount of egg or the type of cheese. This recipe uses a little less egg yolk than regular tiramisu, but the flavor really doesn't change.Making it in a glass or ramekin will give a stylish presentation. Fluffy Cocoa, Chocolate Roll Cake
I wanted to recreate a roll cake based on my mom's recipe book which was published more than 30 years ago, but the ingredient ratios were not quite the same as today. (LOL) So I made some modifications so that the cake will not lose volume even if I roll it up. ♪If the meringue is too stiff, it will be hard to incorporate the meringue into the batter later on. Adjust the amount of cream to your taste. If you have only a small amount of cream, you'll need to roll up the cake tightly and the cake is more likely to crack. The size of the baking tray should be 27- 30 cm. I used a 30 cm baking tray for the profile photo. Recipe by Lesser Panda

White Chocolate x Cocoa Spiral Bread
The expiration date on my heavy cream was drawing near, so I made this.Is the dough too sweet? Was too much oil used? It took a long time to proof. Recipe by Hamumun

Chocolate Pound Cake
Ever wonder how chocolate pound cake got its name? I never did. Then someone told me, it was traditionally made with a pound of flour, a pound of butter, a pound of eggs, and a pound of sugar. How interesting! 🙂

A Fluffy Cocoa Swiss Roll Sponge
I wanted to make a fluffy sponge cake for a Swiss roll, so I tried making it many times and came up with this recipe. Beating the egg yolk and white separately allows the sponge to be very fluffy! The ingredients amount is for the baking sheet I used (24 cm Swiss roll tray).Make a stiff meringue. Make sure to mix the batter carefully without rushing, to leave no lumps of flour and heavy cream. Spraying water is to bake a moist sponge, and to even out the surface. This will eliminate the large air bubbles on the surface too! Make sure not to let the cake become dry when letting it cool down. Recipe by Toiroiro

Tiramisu-style Yogurt
I've been eating yogurt with skim milk powder mixed in for about 5 years now, and I absolutely love it. I've never seen a recipe like my one for tiramisu style yogurt, so I went ahead and uploaded it.Double the amount of sugar to make it really sweet. It'll really be dessert-like. However, if you don't use any sugar at all the sourness of the lemon will be very pronounced, so add at least 1 teaspoon. Recipe by ayureo

Crispy and Light Cocoa Brownies
This is a modification of, a recipe I've made countless times.Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.I used reduced-sugar cocoa powder this time, but even if you use regular sweetened cocoa powder, you'll probably need an additional 10 g or so of sugar. If you use unsweetened cocoa powder, you probably need to reduce the amount and add more sugar. Recipe by +pocopoco+

Chocolate Sponge Cake with Cocoa (Only 4 Ingredients!)
I came up with this chocolaty cocoa sponge version when I made the sponge cake from this recipe: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/en/recipes/152230-sponge-cake-with-egg-sugar-and-flour . Keep mixing the egg mixture continuously when heating, or the eggs may be cooked. So be careful! The key is to whip really well and fold in lightly!Don't fold too much as this batter with cocoa powder loses its air bubbles more easily than the plain one!The baking time varies depending on your oven.
