Tandoori veg momos

Chop beetroot and carrot and cabbage finely. Heat butter and add chopped vegetables in it. Add salt and pepper, red chilli powder, red chilli sauce, cumin seeds and saute for a while. Take the filling out and let it cool down.

Take maida and add salt and oil in it. Adding water gradually bind a semi soft dough. Apply oil on it and cover and keep for 15 mins. Divide the dough in small portions.

Make roundels and make small puri out of it. Put filling in the middle and fold it in the shape of momos.

Now put water to boil. Put momos for steaming for 10 mins

Cover and steam and if you wish you can serve steamed momos with tomato ketchup.

Add above-mentioned spices into curd. Add kasuri methi and oil. coat the moms with curd and grill on grilling pan

Flip and grill from all sides.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
