Take green chillies and wash them properly

Now slit all green chillies at the centre

Now take a bowl, Add besan/Gramflour, Red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and Aamchur powder

Add little water and make a thick paste of it

Now fill this paste into slit chillies one by one with your clean hands and keep them aside for 15-20 minutes

Now take another bowl, Add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and Coriander powder and add water little by little and make a thick batter

Now Dip the chilli one by one and coat them with batter nicely

Now take a pan, Heat sufficient oil
- 9
Now drop the chillies into hot oil one by one and fry until nice golden brown and drain into tissue paper to remove excess oil

Serve with tea or Chutney
