AB tikiyan bnaen., jese hum shami kaBab ki bnaty hain..

AB tawa ko aCha sa garam karn. Phr 2 tbsp ghee dal kar tikyan dalen.

N0te: Ye tikyan low flame per bnti hain.. ziyada flame se jal sakte hain..

5 to 7 mints aik side pakaen, make sure ke golden colour ajae, phr side change kar ke 1 teaspoon ghee ka aur dalen aur durse side be ise tarhan pakne dain..
