Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 2 cupwater
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1potato cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cupsoya chunks soaked into water
  • 1onion chopped
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add oil and cumin seeds.then add onion and cook for two minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add potatoes and soya chunks.mix it.then add all spices and mix again.

  3. 3

    Now add rice and water.stir it.cover with lid and wait for they cooked.

  4. 4

    Serve in plate.
