In a cooker, mix soaked daal chana, garlic snd ginger paste, washed chicken, salt, kabab masala and garam masala, add water and cook for 30 minutes on medium flame

When gas completely comes out from pressure cooker, open the lid, put out chicken pieces and let them cool

Now turn on the heat and cook the daal chana untill all water dries. Let it cool

Now make thread of boiled chicken and put them into mixer, and start grinding, a little

Now add daal mixture in the blender, add onions and boiled potatoes and blend untill smoothy paste

Now mix chicken and dal mixture.

Make small rounded shape kababs and keep them in refrigerator for 15 mints

Now beet eggs, coat kababs in eggs

Heat oil in a pan, and shallow fry kababs and serve
