એક પેન મા ઘી લઈ ગેસ ચાલુ કરો. તેમા કોપરા ના છીણ ને ધીમા તાપે સેકિ લૉ. પછી તેમા દૂધ ઉમેરી ને હલાવતા રહો

દૂધ થોડુ બળી જાય અને માવા જેવુ થાઈ જય એટલે એમા મિલ્ક પાઉડર અને ખાંડ ઉમેરી હલાવતા રેહવું.લચકા પડતુ થઈ જાય અને ઘી છુટુ પડવા લાગે એટલે એક થાળી મા ઠન્ડું પડવું એક સરખુ ફેલાવી દેવું. ઉપર પિસ્તા ની કતારન ભભરાવી દેવી
