Garlic onion karela fry

Finely chopped karela. Add salt and marinate for 10 minutes. Squeeze them and drain the juice.

Heat oil add garlic and onion seeds. Fry for few second and chopped bitter gourd. Add salt and turmeric powder, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Lastly add chopped onion green chillies.

Cook them till it become crispy.
