Mix the wheat flour, salt and water gently and prepare a dough. It should not be so tight or loose.close it with a wet towel.let it rest for 10 minutes.

After that again press the dough gently to make it soft for 10 minutes.

Take a lemon size dough and press it gently to make a round shape dough not too thick or too thin.

Heat the tawa and the grill. First toss the dough on the tawa for 2 minutes on either side and transfer to grill you can see the dough rises gently toss it and transfer the phulka to the serving plate spread butter to the phulka.Now your phulka is ready to serve
