In a bowl take hung curd add all the spices and ginger garlic paste. Mix them well and add diced capsicum, onion, tomato & thick slice of paneer. Marinate it for 30-40 mins.

Now in a skewers/sticks and add layers of paneer,onion, capsicum, tomato. Grill it in a pan using some oil.you can char them on stove keeping high to give chared flavour. Add lime, chaat masala & serve with green chutney.and onions.
