Last but not least 🤣 Finally finished and it’s gorgeous. I forgot to add my tin of tomatoes at the end but actually I love it as it is, and sieving it was such a stroke of genius as it is beautifully smooth and velvety. Thank you Katie!!! 😍🤩

The taste was very nice. I normally loose the puréed vegetables with milk but with just stock was good as well. I roasted a red chilli as well (relatively large one, don’t know the name as the plant was given without label) which added a little kick to the soup. Nice!
