This was inspired by the one of Venetian recipe book I have. Super easy, colorful and perfect appetizer to go with wine or your preferred alcohol.

This was inspired by the one of Venetian recipe book I have. Super easy, colorful and perfect appetizer to go with wine or your preferred alcohol.
Steps

Make boiled eggs. Prepare boiled water and add eggs (straight out from fridge) for 9 mins. * if you prefer cooked, boil more than 9 mins.

Take out eggs from boiling water, put them under the cold water for more than 5 mins.

Peel the shells and cut into halves.

Put anchovies(cut into three pieces) on top of the eggs and serve!

If you are like me who loves complex of flavors, add some spices or herbs to explore your favorite boiled eggs and anchovies!

On the photo, I added arugula on the base, plate eggs with nchovies on top, then sprinkled black pepper, parsley and edible flowers.
