Ingredients check.

Heat a pan add oil/butter add cinnamon and cloves let it turn aromatic.
Add ginger, green chilli, onion and garlic and saute until the raw smell goes off. Onion should mildly change its color.
Add in tomatoes and saute until they turn soft and mushy.
Cool this completely and they add some cashews with it and Grind it into a fine smooth paste.
Heat a pan, add some oil/butter add all the mentioned masala powders except garam masala.
Saute just for 2 mins, raw smell goes off. - 3
Add in the grinded paste and mix well. Cook until everything blends well.
Now add in garam masala, sugarand kasuri methi and mix gently.
Flame off. Rest for 2 mins - 4
Dress with fresh cream and Garnish some fresh Coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Indian bread of your choice.
