  • As required Raw mutton seekh kabab
  • as requiredOil
  • as per tasteChicken masala

  1. 1

    Cut mutton seekh kabab into pieces

  2. 2

    Take a pan add sarso oil when it gets hot put seekh kabab and fry them

  3. 3

    Add 1/4th teaspoon chicken masala and fry it until it gets crispy.

  4. 4

    Turn the heat off. Take it out in a bowl add butter and chaat masala

  5. 5

    Serve it with curd and mint chutney.
