#feast This is one of my favourite. Very easy and quick to make. Spicy, delicious and perfect for weekends
Steps

Boil and Cook Basmati Rice along with cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves,a little salt for 10-15 minutes or until 80% of rice cooked. Drain and keep aside to cool.

Boil the eggs, cool, peel and give some slits on them and keep them aside.

Heat a pan with a tbsp of oil, add a tsp of fennel seeds, cumin, peppercorns. Add sliced onions & green chillies. Saute well. Add ginger/garlic paste and saute well. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala or Biryani masala and stir everything nicely. Add the eggs and fry for few seconds. Now add 4-5 tbsp of smooth curd and coriander leaves. Saute until oil separate and then add the rice and toss well. Add a tbsp of ghee, fried onions and chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot with a preferred salad of your choice
Note: Leftover rice can also be used
