Steps

Thinly slice onion and add salt, vinegar and lemon juice. Keep for half hr and strain lemon juice and water.

In a large bowl, add both cabbage, capsicum, tomatoes, corn kernels and pickled onions.

Add salt as require, black pepper powder, Mayonnaise and cheese spread. Mix well and keep into fridge for 10-15min to chill.

Serve chilled with your lunch or dinner.

NOTE- You can add peeled and chopped cucumber too. (I don't have that tine, not available so I skipped it.)
