Take a tomatoes wash them boil in a big pan add 1 tsp salt cooked, once it is boiled, let it cool for sometimes, drain water through strainer and peel the tomatoes skin.

Take a mixer jar and grind all the unpeeled boiled tomatoes grind a fine tomatoes puree, take a pan heat oil add cumin and mustard seeds saute for a minutes add crushed garlic and curry leaves.

Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, salt as per taste mix well till oil spreads from the side corners.

Now, Add tomatoes puree and one glass of water boil it for sometimes sprinkle some Coriander leaves and again boil for 5 minutes.
