In a bowl, add all the chestnut flour and gradually pour in the water, whisking vigorously to avoid lumps.

Add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and continue whisking well.

Stir in 1/3 cup pine nuts (50 grams) and 2 chopped walnuts. Mix well. Cover and let rest for at least 30 minutes.

Grease a 10-inch (26 cm) aluminum baking pan and pour in the batter.

Sprinkle the top with the remaining 2 tablespoons pine nuts (25 grams), 1 chopped walnut, and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes, until cracks form on the surface. The inside should remain soft.
